The Writing Barn Inc.

This Testimonial Approval and Marketing Release Form ("Release") is made effective as of the date submitted by and between The Writing Barn Inc. ("Company") and the submitting individual ("Participant").

1. Testimonial and Photo Release

I, the Participant, hereby grant to The Writing Barn Inc., its representatives, employees, agents, successors, licensees, and assigns, the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, adapt, modify, and create derivative works from:

My written or recorded testimonial, statements, or comments; and my name, likeness, photograph, image, voice, and/or any other identifying information provided by me, for any lawful marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, publicity, or business purposes.

These uses may include, but are not limited to: Websites, social media platforms, printed marketing materials, brochures and flyers, email marketing, video and multimedia, presentations, press releases, digital and online advertising, and any other current or future media format.

2. Approval of Testimonial Content

I acknowledge that I have reviewed and approve the testimonial and/or photograph provided to The Writing Barn Inc. I confirm that the testimonial reflects my honest opinions and experiences.

I understand that minor edits may be made for clarity, grammar, length, or formatting, provided the general meaning is not materially altered.

3. No Compensation

I understand and agree that I will receive no payment, royalties, or other compensation now or in the future for the use of my testimonial, photograph, name, likeness, or related materials as described in this Release.

4. Ownership

I understand that all materials created or used by The Writing Barn Inc. containing my testimonial, name, or likeness shall be the sole property of The Writing Barn Inc., and I waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials.

5. Release of Liability

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless The Writing Barn Inc. and its representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of my testimonial, photograph, or likeness, including but not limited to claims for: invasion of privacy, defamation, misrepresentation, and right of publicity.

6. Voluntary Agreement

I confirm that: I am at least 18 years of age, or a parent/legal guardian has signed below. I have read this Release fully. I understand its contents.

My form submission constitutes approval and signing. I submit it voluntarily.
